Recently had a new Tarmac Drive installed by Joe Patton, and his team in the Durham
Area really impressed with the quality of work couldn’t be happier with the results very fair to deal with regarding price and fitted me in within a quick space of time I couldn’t recommend more really happy with the end result

We had a tarmac driveway done by these guys it looks brilliant the workmanship is top class and The advice really helped as we were stuck between two different materials Joe assessed what was better for our situation with our driveway running downhill they fitted a new tarmac driveway with block paving border and new drainage system, which really put our minds at ease as we had water in a garage before Couldn’t recommend enough

We had a lot of work done on are Property which all looks really good we had a new driveway and patio done also fencing around our back garden The timeframe in which they done the job from start to finish, really amazed me how quick and efficient they could get it done and still be high-quality work Great work boys

Patrick and his squad started on a Monday and by Friday it was all done nothing was to much and even when I wanted some changes it was no problem The drive looks great thay even put a new fence up for me all work clean and tidy

My garden was left in an absolute state and completely unsafe for my dogs. They were informed I have dogs and yet sharp shards of broken tiles were left everywhere. One of my dogs actually sustained an injury due to unsafe condition my property was left in. A mound of sand was just dumped behind my shed, unsure of what I was expected to do with this. Part of what looks like someone’s fence has been left. Someone literally left their left over McDonald’s, with fries scattered all over the floor.
They stayed to work to get it finished in the pitch black but honestly, I feel like that was just so I couldn’t see what shoddy work had been done.
The gap that was “filled” at the bottom of the patio still has gaps. There is two whole sections of the patio area that have not been tiled and just filled with concrete (very poorly). I was only informed about them after the job was “finished”. As soon as I was able to see this in daylight it was very jarring and I’m confused as to why it wasn’t tiled when I had tiles spare. Tiles that have been laid are chipped. There are gaps in the grouting. The leveling string went under half the tiles. The patio is not level in the slightest, each tile tilting a different direction. Tiles are loose and moving. There has even been a part of the packaging left on a tile that’s been laid. My planters were left dented, gate and frame chipped and scuffed, bucket destroyed. I was told the first day was just meant to be prep, not a rushed hack job.
They took £2,500 from me, insisted he needed to take payment before job was complete and I’ve just been left with damaged property and a poor execution of a patio that already had a base in situ.
Was told he would come back to inspect the work but after 3 weeks of messaging him, and being told “this week”, then a week later saying “I said this week”, still not come out to discuss any solutions.
